Jeremy is a Chartered Engineer who has over 20 years UK construction experience, which has encompassed a broad range of specialist construction including maritime works, flood defenses, mining towers, a swing bridge, an immersed tube tunnel and railway stations, together with major roads and bridgeworks contracts in England and Wales.   He has first hand up to date experience of Phase 1a and1b of the HA’s ECI Contract, including being an Expert witness at the recent Public Inquiry into the A11 Attleborough Bypass Improvement ECI.   He is a strong practitioner of partnering and is a very enthusiastic and effective team builder, who is well versed in all aspects of the ECI tasks as well as construction delivery. He is particularly customer-focused and understand well the HA’s procedures and viewpoint, thereby being particularly suited assisting the HA in achieving its objectives.
